All new members must get started with our Intro Classes. After your intro term ends, you will have the chance to roll-over into a Standard or All-in plan that works for you.

If you want a comprehensive program designed individually for you, try our “All-In Classes.” It’s for those who want specialized programming to meet specific needs or goals, regular accountability & feedback sessions, and 1:1 personal nutrition coaching. Whether you’re an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level, or someone new to the world of health and fitness, our professional coaching team will help you reach your goals.

What you get:

Consultation: Initial meeting with your coaches to discuss your goals, current nutritional and lifestyle habits, and physical capabilities (in-person or via Skype, FaceTime or phone).

Assessment: Initial testing of your structural balance, body composition and energy systems.

Program Design: A customized physical training & nutrition program that is based on initial the assessment and combines with your personal goals & objectives.  This is reviewed and updated by your coach weekly.

Support: Ongoing support and review. A 30-minute check-in and review every 4–6 weeks with your coaching team to discuss your program and ensure continued success (in-person or via Skype, FaceTime or phone); as well, unlimited text/email support.

Body Composition Testing:  ALL-IN Classes include unlimited Fit3D Body Composition Scans per month

24/7 Access:  Unlock our door 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week with our proprietary phone app.  You will have access to the gym virtually any time you want where you can practice movements, burn some extra calories, get-in some mobility or work out on your own.  Comal Active is part of a coast-to-coast network of fitness facilities where you’ll enjoy the same 24/7 privileges with no drop-in fees.

Programming: Includes unlimited access to any of our 60+ coached classes each week and ALL our Community programming such as:

Heart Rate Monitor:  Included in your ALL-IN Classes is your personal MyZone heart rate monitor

Kids Corral: Drop off the kids. Pick up the weights. Our Kid’s Corral is set up just for the little ones to have fun, watch TV, draw, read or play while you get a workout in. The area is enclosed to keep your kids safe, while still being visible and close by.  So, bring them with you and take some time for yourself. You deserve it.  Besides, it won’t be long before they’re working out next to you.

Personal Dashboard: Your Comal Active experience includes a personal online dashboard & phone app where you can login to create a profile, access daily workouts, post results, goals & personal records, meet other members, and more.
