Comal Kettlebell Club

This program uses two implements:  the kettlebell, and the sand bag.  As the only pieces of equipment used during the constantly-varied 45-minute workout, you will undoubtedly be left with a sense of accomplishment and a whole lot of fitness.

While Kettlebell movements are simple to grasp, we are always striving to refine your form from the first rep through the last, and of course, have fun in the process. Kettlebell & sand bag programming is designed as a community class. The workout is posted weekly with flexible start times. Grab a partner or meet up as group and start swinging.

Assault workouts are part of our community class series. Our community classes offer schedule flexibility in that you can complete these workouts any time of day. Whether you want to attack the workouts solo or with other Comal Active members is up to you.
