Foundations Intro Classes
The emphasis of our Foundations Intro classes is on skill development and exposure to basic functional movement patterns (squat, press, lift, run, throw, etc.). These classes are designed to prepare and acclimate the beginner to enter our General Class curriculum by providing a foundation of skill and physical development. We will continually drill technique- both to ensure your safety- and success at achieving your fitness goals.
The pace is intentionally slow as we take our time teaching movement and progressions; however, each class will have a conditioning segment to finish. We will emphasize technique and mechanics first, then gradually increase the intensity as you move along and become more comfortable.
Foundations Intro classes meet at the following times:
