Supplemental Conditioning Sessions
Our ‘do it yourself’ Athlete Conditioning sessions are designed to enhance stamina and endurance, which are crucial for maintaining strong performance throughout a practice, game, obstacle course race, expedition or training session. Whatever your mission is, our weekly supplemental conditioning sessions will help develop the body’s ability to meet the energy demands needed, both anaerobic and aerobic. Programming for these sessions is built mostly around mono-structural single modality means, such as rowing, biking, jumping rope and running. Conditioning sessions can, however, expand to include bodyweight movements, medicine ball circuits, kettle bell conditioning and Tabata protocols.
