As stated in your Comal Active pricing agreement, you have the option to put your monthly Membership on hold for $20 per month.
Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than two 2 business days before your next scheduled payment date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled payment. All payments are non-refundable. Membership hold requests are limited to three times per calendar year in 30-day increments for up to three consecutive 30-day periods (i.e. 90 days maximum).
Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular Membership payments will resume. If you chose to cancel your Membership during the hold period, please visit the Membership Cancellation page for the complete terms and to request cancellation of your pricing plan.
If you return to training prior to your requested hold duration is completed, please fill out the form below to reactivate your Membership.
